2021 Interior Trends – Pattern

/ / Uncategorised

Floral and geometric patterns have been popular for a long time and will continue in line with the Japandi style trend. We have begun to see bold, flora and fauna and safari influenced designs throughout 2020 and this is expected to continue into 2021 with large, abstract prints making statements in homewares. As we cannot visit far away paradises why not give our homes a tropical feel?

A great way to bring this trend into your home is through your curtains and blinds. You can find a huge variety of styles and colours to make a statement window covering. Our style furnishings Morton pattern in midnight blue, pictured below, is a great example of a bold nature inspired pattern. It also compliments the aqua furniture brilliantly – read more about aqua as a colour change in last weeks blog here!

A trend that is here to stay is geometric patterns. They have been on offer for the past few years in line of the ever popular Scandinavian influence simmering in the background, however, as with floral patterns we could see them maximised and making a bolder statement.

In preparation for 2021, our new samples arrived last month with plenty of on trend or more traditional, timeless options which can be seen in our showroom and brought out to your home to demonstrate in situ with our free measure and consultation service.
